This video is helpful as I was tempted to buy an irresdesent pink piece from fashionphile but didn’t pull the trigger as I don’t think I can handle the potential wear and tear. I like pink and not really a pink lover though so I passed. If I were a pink lover, I would get it. Anyhow I still think that if you love pink there’s no reason for not getting this bag cuz it’s so pretty. Just enjoy it and don’t think too much about the wear and tear. Life is short and just enjoy the things that make us happy!

Thank you for the in-depth review. These close-up pictures are really helpful for potential Chanel iridescent bag buyers. I was going to pick up the white iridescent coco tomorrow. I’ll take a closer look tomorrow and maybe opt for the white caviar CF instead. I have the teal iridescent lambskin with rainbow chain vanity unit. I used it three months straight, no signs of wear.

Thank you so much for this review. I passed on the iridescent bags, but I was considering adding a wallet on chain preloved. In 4 months, that is quite a but of corner wear. I think I will pass on the WOC now. I did buy the wallet in this collection, but I haven't even used it because I was scared of the leather. I think I might sell it because I'm a bit nervous 😬

Hi- do you find yourself bumping into things when you use your jumbo? Do you think the wear was from that?? I have this one in the medium. But I totally baby. I always make sure to walk as far away from walls as I can lol

Ahh I can’t remember bumping into anything significant! Plus I feel like the corner wear came from rubbing, maybe against my body and clothes 😫

So interesting, I know I've talked to @LindieSs and @blackandgoldstyle who have the small size in this leather and both say that theirs looks brand new despite being worn often and/or traveled with.

That’s what I think. I think the smaller sizes and the medium are more protected because they don’t bump into as much? I’m not sure. It’s just so curious. I know I’ve noticed the most wear on 17b jumbos vs m/l or mini

That is a huge difference in the grains of leather. Sorry it has wear already but it is still so gorgeous!!! Great review! My 2 1/2 year old Jumbo still squeaks, I don't know if it ever goes away. Xoxo

Yes I noticed too much confusion among you tubers regarding which leather type this iridescent line is. I got pink medium flap from the iridescent line 2019 but I noticed the creases before using then I exchanged it to chanel cc trendy from 19 s collection since I expected it will not wear the best

I have a black caviar classic flap and I have to say that I have been so disappointed in the wear. It’s 9 months old and it really doesn’t get that much use yet corner wear and popped stitches is already a issue.
