Love the color of the eyeliner! My favorite way to apply eyeliners in that style of packaging is just to transfer it onto an eyeliner brush so you only have a small amount of ink on the very tip of the brush 😊

I have the City break set and really like it. I got it because of all the LE shades in the liquid lipstick which is my favorite and the liquid eyeshadow which goes with the mono mint shade and the new neon green eyeliner. Also the nail polish color is so fun for summer. The green lunch bag is so cute! These are so cute. I got mine from Selfridges and very happy with the items. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

This is a pretty set, especially for Summer and going into Autumn. It's a nice cohesive colour story, although I'm bias towards orange shades. The only product that I was hesitant about was the liquid eye-liner. Not that I mind these, it was the much deeper coral shade that I felt didn't go as well with the true orange of the other products. I'm a great fan of the Baume Essentials and just ordered two today from the latest Chanel release that was dropped on the weekend. I love the fact that these can be used all over the face. The best tip I received for these was to draw some product onto the palm of the hand. Place the hands together to warm up and spreading the product evenly between the two palms. Then dab the palms over your face to give it a soft glow. They are very handy to soften a matte or liquid lipstick or wear alone, a beautiful subtle highlighter to give that wet look, deeper shades can be used as blush and can even be used on the eyes. What's great about these is that they can be built up with powdered product to brighten the shade. I bought Lilas last year along with the Delices Quad. Sometimes, I would add a little to the eyelids and when the lilac shadow was added, it would be intensified. The same for highlighter. If I wanted more colour, I would add some of my finely pigmented lilac highlighter and if I wanted more of the wet look, just dab on some more baume. I find these so lovely and soft to wear. I have never heard of this shade of Morning Dew before. Is it a limited release? I did buy Mermaid Glow earlier this year that is a similiar shade, yet for the first time Chanel had added some fine sparkle to the product. I would be very interested to see how close in colour these two baumes are. I haven't yet tried the Coco Flash. I have to be careful when using these extra glowy lip products, even with liner and primer. I can just get away with the YSL Volupte Lipsticks but the Chantecaille Lip Chic was a complete failure. It refused to apply evenly to my lips and did it's best to make a run for it completely off the lips! I would use lip primer, Dior's wax clear liner and a lip-liner but nothing helped. The funny thing is that I bought a L/E Lip Balm from Chantecaille that I loved so much, that I bought another. I have always loved Chanel's lip products due to the moisturising affect that they provide. I really liked the liquid lipstick that I bought at Christmas in the golden/bronze shade of Inflexible. It's great on its own or mixed with a deeper toned shade. I'd quite like to try more of those. It's nice to see you wear a slightly brighter colour and this shade range does suit you. Don't mind the fact that I'm freezing down here and just the other night was battered with gale force winds and blizzards on the nearby alps. Just as well that I don't wear make-up seasonally. Have you thought of trying some other luxury brands such as Givenchy, Guerlain, YSL or Pat McGrath and Natasha Denona who create exceptional eye-shadows? Byredo is also a beautiful brand to try, especially their 18-pan L/E Eye Palettes. Their last one took my breath away it was truly that beautiful. I know you like your Chanel and Dior but it can be interesting to try out other brands for a change. Take care, Kris.🇦🇺💖👩🏼‍🎨

Hi Kris! Yes I have reviewed other luxury brands. I consistently review Natasha denona palettes, have reviewed Guerlain, a couple of indie brands, Lisa Eldridge, and Tom Ford. I also have fashion videos, hair tool reviews and some vlogs. Most recently I also reviewed the new Louboutine foundation. Unfortunately they don’t normally receive the views that Chanel and Dior receive and they do tend to go unnoticed. I’d love to diversify my channel to include health and wellness related videos since I’m a pharmacist and more vlogs but I know I would need to grow my audience first and build that trust so I’ve been tailoring my content based on what everyone likes to view. @SaraElBaff How are you dealing with all of the fallout from the eyeshadow? I like the peachy shade very much and every primer I try makes it orange and doesn’t help with the fallout. Any ideas?

Unfortunately this eyeshadow does have a lot of fall out. I apply it fairly lightly and pack the shade on my eyes using my finger instead of a brush

We couldnt get this in my country. They didnt think it would be able to sell it here. With all right. I am not sure the mix of products where the best. The green eyeshadow is hard to work with. The Brown liquid lipstick is only flattering on few persons. Its better to But the item you really like. Colors are thou limited But similar is avaible. Orangeröd eyeliner- how many with paket skin is going ti he looking good in that! Already the orange style eyeshadow is frown at. Dave your money and buy products you like since i Daubt that all that buys these packaging is Love all its content

I agree with you, these sets are for Chanel fans and those that enjoy colorful makeup. The green set has shades that are very bold and some products could be unflattering if not applied properly. I was going to pass on the green set however most of my viewers really wanted me to review it and I believe it is because their curious to know how this set could possibly be used given the shades that are included in the set. I’ll share my full opinion in the upcoming video but I do agree with regards to the green set, they could have chosen better shades. I think Chanel is trying to be unique and give fans something different since most companies have been releasing similar products.

Interesting that you would get the makeup cheaper bought separately.. sure you get the pouch but it’s faux leather. Dior gives their pouches for free and they’re a lot better quality too

It was 3.15 before you actually reviewed a product. It would be really helpful if you would just jump on in. Showing the white box 4 times before you actually reviewed the product was not necessary. I am a loyal watcher unless I feel like there is a lot of unnecessary content.
