I have the single flap Chanel Maxi in caviar. I hardly use it because the bag can get heavy even with little stuff inside.😔 I use it crossbody because it’s easier on my shoulder. But I still love it though I hardly use it. It’s a classic bag. A must have.

You are so sweet, thank you so much🥰 Yes, they definitely are well priced on the preloved market, I think too many people are scared of the size. Yess the single flap is a great idea, it will be so much lighter and so easy to get in and out of. As much as I love the double flap to help keep the structure of the bag, Its always always in the way.

Yes, I feel like that would be a good price because I just went to check on Fashionphile and the cheapest double flap maxi in black caviar is 4820$usd and its in rough shape for that price. So, if you are able to find one in good shape for that price its a pretty good deal.

Hi! So sorry about the late reply. Ohh, I never actually close the button on any of my classic flaps. I was struggling closing it too in the beginning. So I decided to ask on some Chanel forums on Facebook and everyone answered me that they never close that interior button. I felt relieved because trying to close it was so hard and I felt that the pressure of me pushing was gonna crease it like you say. Hope this helps :)

But i’ve seen the Maxi on small girls and it does look good, i dont know if you know of Sabinalynn on youtube and instagram, she used to own this bag and it looked really good on her, she’s part of the reason why i got it. Hi hun! Yes, a lot of people told me it looks too big on my frame. But I just love this bag so much, so I try to wear it more during the colder months with long coats to even out the ratio. Hehe!

chanel’s team really did a good job after coco’s death with convincing people about lies and myths about coco just so that the brand Chanel seems cooler than it actually is, i mean don’t get me wrong i love the designs but i don’t like blindingly believing myths and lies, trust me coco wasn’t that cool… she really wasn’t… it’s marketing… most “information” about her on the internet r total lies from her team just so that the brand appears cool
