It’s a gorgeous bag, it’s definitely on my wish list. Hopefully I will be able to buy it this year (if Chanel will have them in the store). However I definitely prefer it in caviar. I have recently purchased a beautiful square mini in lambskin and I noticed a big difference between these 2 leathers. Caviar is just hassle free, you can travel with it, go grocery shopping, clubbing and it will be absolutely fine. Even after 3 years of “heavy use” it will be absolutely fine. While lambskin is a lot more beautiful and feels so luxurious, I definitely stress out a lot more when carrying my lambskin bag. I always look after my bags, I never throw them on the floor. I am very careful when wearing bracelets and rings. have my bag for about one month now and I already noticed a scuffing on the edge. It’s not very visible, but this is not what you want to get after paying all that money.

This is the second time I've watched this video. I have a Chanel bag in caviar, but I wasn't interested in lambskin until I held a Chanel long wallet. It felt so amazing in my hand that I had to have it! Now I'm totally open to adding a lambskin mini to my collection. If I can only find one ....

I have the 17C black square mini in lambskin with LGHW. It's definitely not that fragile. I've even been caught in the rain with it recently - absolutely fine! It makes me so so happy when I see it. Really want a rectangular one next time I buy one xx

The lamb skin is really soft and shiny, and it looks amazing when you get all dressed up. Yet I really like the look of the caviar more (with silver HW) b/c it looks more youthful and modern, but at the same time it's still very polished with the quilting. It's so hard to decide until you actually see it in person though :)

Great bag! I have the same lamb mini but in gun metal hardware which gives the bag a bit of edge! My ears definitely perked when you said Chanel will be coming out with caviar mini with GHW as that is something I certainly want to add to my ever growing Chanel collection! 👏👏

I agree. I had a caviar medium and sold it. I am now a lambskin girl. I love luxury items, and for those who don't, good! More for me! : ) One should never carry the authenticity card with them in their bag though; I keep mine in the box it came in.

Your bag is gorgeous! thanks for the in depth review. whn you said that about your iphone my heart sank a little - Apple might now be the worst company I can think of. Not only are their iphones extremely prone to defects, they typically will not do repairs but force you to buy a brand new phone for a reduced price. for the reason you state consumers voluntarily repurchase every 1-2 yrs, 3 yrs maximum. think of all the environmental damage going into producing, shipping and distributing these phones, let alone all the electronic waste. I have made up my mind not to buy Apple again. on top of those concerns, their cloud and obsessive linking of all one's products to maximize their profits and make them more consumer UNfriendly than before (think the very old Itunes for long time Apple users) is annoying.

Yea, I definitely agree Apple hasn't been doing the greatest in recent years. I just love their platform. In the case with my iPhone speaker...it was kind of my fault. I dropped my phone on concrete...the screen shattered obviously...and then I had it replaced with a non-Apple screen. The technician didn't put the screen on correctly and so now it blocks half the speaker...causing me not to be able to hear well. But thanks for your concern :) :) :) You're sweet!

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. 🤦🏻♀ The other one is a $40 one *yutulux* Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym 😅

I love your videos! BTW I have a question: there is no doubt that your bag is authentic, but some people on the Purse Forum claim that the black mini flap's interior is supposed to be burgundy only, and if it is black, it is not authentic. But I see many minis for sale on ebay with black interiors. Given the ratings of the sellers, it is highly unlikely that they would sell fake bags. Mini flap bags do come with black interiors, correct?
