Yes, myself am very impressed with Chanel's strategy to close the price gap between HK and Europe (Given HK being the home of most luxury brands global no.1 $ performing stores). Great job on pointing it out, and hopefully people will less likely to buy from re-sellers and more directly from the store! It is always better to receive the full customer experience from store.
