One of Kaiser Karl's best collections, taking the modern Chanel woman into the future with plastics, denim and fabrics mixed with tweeds. Pleasing existing Chanel clients while winning new ones. I want them, along with the fashionable raincoat and boots. And I will walk out dress like them if I can. Love the entire show 💘

I enjoyed this collection from Chanel. The styling and the aesthetic of the line was really beautiful and definitely something that draws you in. The set and concept was absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. Love the color palette if the fabrics, the bags as well as the shoes and gloves. Such a genius way to make shoes. I know a lot of people will want them because they're made by Chanel. I was pleasantly interested in this collection and super excited to see it hit the stores.

Jay M It depends on where you live, spring is still warm in a lot of countries. I don't think these materials and fabrics are comfortable for either seasons. Plus, plastic will make you sweat regardless of the weather. But anyway, it's my opinion on this collection, to me it's horrible.

In my opinion I think the set of Karl’s shows play a huge role in making the clothes look presentable when in reality, without the set, the clothes really aren’t that nice/outstanding.

Underneath the plastic accessories and bizarre setting, there are some decent clothes. I say decent because its pretty much the same textiles, silhouette, attitude, color palette, accessories, etc. that Karl's been doing for a few years now. I've said before, and I'll say it again, some of these things are deeply embedded in the codes of the house and I understand that they need to be present, but beyond the environment, there's virtually nothing new. Pretty tweed jackets and pretty tweed dresses and purses that tell everyone around you that you can afford Chanel....but, no forward momentum. I don't look forward to Chanel anymore like I do Fendi. I guess that's not necessarily the point of fashion shows, but I still hope for that.

The really silver/white color fabric looks best on darker skin and dark color clothing looks amazing on white skin. They definitly need to add more diverse models to reach a wider audience and to match better with some of their clothing. Certain colors don't look good on every skin tone and it might appear that a certain design/style is bad when in fact it would look better on someone of a different complexion. A lot of the white/pale colored clothing made the models appear very sick and it just made it seem like the style was not good when I think the issue is skin tone clashing with the colors of the fabric. Regardless I enjoyed watching this fashion show. It has inspired me as a designer.

The 21st century we live in now is an amazing time for fashion shows which become the center of attention far more so than the fashions themselves which tend to be unwearable. You give your money to come to Paris Fashion Week and look at Chanels that just can't be worn. Some pieces here and there are ok and easily worn but most of it is costumes and for show only clothes. The models themselves do not wear what they are modeling.The waterfalls and the wooden planks are the most elaborate and grandest of the fashion show conceptual stages I have ever seen.
