Thank you so much for this comparison! I have been using Estee Lauder Double Wear for nearly 25 years but now that I am in my mid 40s, my skin is combo, not just oily as it was in my younger years. I’ve been looking for another foundation more suited to my skin as it is now, but I absolutely can’t be without the staying power and transfer-proof-ness of Double Wear. I kept reading good reviews of the Chanel Ultra Le Teint but always wondered how it compared to Double Wear. This answered my question. Ordering the Ultra Le Teint now. Bonus: you use the exact same color in Double Wear that I do so now know what color to get in Ultra Le Teinte!

Ultra le teint is pure perfection, i 'm going to buy another bottle this days. Used old formula, but the new one is much much better! Amazing foundation, stays the same whole day, no transfer at all, looks very natural, love it so much ❤️❤️❤️

I asked for a sample of Ultra Le Teint a week ago and I’ve been loving it. I will definitely buy a bottle once I finish the very generous sample they gave me. I have the double wear but unfortunately I got a very dark color for me and I was lazy to exchange. Hopefully I will like it once I get darker this summer.

Sounds like either your foundation is too light, or you have the incorrect undertone (perhaps you need warm?) I found Chanel to be lighter than Estee lauder in equivalent shades
