When I see properties like this I am very careful because of the SCCASA scandal, selling cheap houses in East Legon and those who invested realized the company run out of money and could not deliver the homes. So for the OYIBI plan that was showcased please I would say, unless it completed and move in ready do not invest in any off plan cheap home.

This is what I call beautiful. Even better amenities and more pleasing aesethics than some of the higher priced properties. Only thing that should be done differently is the windows. I would want more open windows instead of the blocked windows. More natural light.

One thing I hope to see when bloggers are showing these properties is some attempt to speak for buyers who are also your viewers who help you in making money for your blog. The homes are unnecessarily pricey. I live in Texas and find them pricey. I see these are well finished cos I attended university in England but live in the U.S. and my degree is Interior Design so I know a well designed and finised home. Builders please review your prices. Bloggers, please speak for your viewers too!

It’s very simple. I reviewed THREE different properties from the same developer in this video, the tour was of the most expensive one which was clearly stated in the video. The one for $49K we went on site, we did a tour of the site and I showed images of the brochure and left links for you to check out. This is KZbin, it’s about watching the content and deciding for your self, there is no intention of bait and switch but my content is accurate and honest. Thanks
