Chang and Ramee went to check the bank at paleto and noticed that it was completely different from the last time they left to get thermite. Vagos somehow got information to look at paleto, chang and ramee came back and noticed the car there and they weren't gonna let someone else hit it they shot the tires and dipped out. Vagos chased shot them up and robbed them of everything.

you need to look deeper into this and the reason chang and ramee did that. It wasnt just for a random reason its because silent and xice have been metaing the shit out of the vault since it was changed. atleast silent was sitting in koils stream while he was coding it and was asking question on how it would be done. Honestly CG and even koil are getting tired of it and have both voice their opinons on the matter
