Did the old gasket hold up ok after removing the cover ? Any oil leaks ? Also, people have been asking about the Pin. How can you tell if it's damaged ?

i changed mine today cannot seem to get the clutch how it was before i changed the plates .. hard to go into gear etc driving me insane

you need to adjust the cluch. you need to remove all tension on wire and adjust it back.

or check you middel pin/ pull pin! if it dmg you need a new one. if you see the video, you can see mine was dmg. i needed to replace that.

How do you know if the pin is bad?

The first thing you took off was a metal disc but the last thing you put on was a friction disc!

The pin is in the middle of the clutch with this problem, the head was food, so not resolvel!

iknow! i set my new clutch in and i dit not work! so i have to order a new pin!! work perfect now:) i think this is a weak spot on zx6r/zx9r
