I respect the disclaimer provided by Ted as there is a conflict on thoughts with several other speakers on so many levels. But I am glad they posted it and hope they endorse the thoughts of Dr Hegde. As an alumini of the University wherein he was once the vice chancellor he knows the flaws in the healthcare system in India and what he endorses in what people of this country need to hear.
