How to do for only one page but within same section? Like in section 2 i have 10 pages. I want different margins on page (ix,x) and different margins on other page nos. If i introduce a section break at page xiii then again for ix, x page no.s would change again. I dont want this to happen.

Thanks for the tutorials. I have created a massive book of single-page lyrics for playing guitar/singing along to. In order to fit each song on a single page, I have made various margins, spacing, tabs, etc. for each page, but they are all out of order. If I want to cut a page and paste it in the proper order within the document, all the formatting work has to be redone. Is there a way to cut and paste a full page and keep all the formatting? Thanks!

Yes, you need to use section breaks as shown in the tutorial and paste your content between the section breaks.

Is there a way to do this without section breaks? For example, I'm writing a letter that not yet known if it's going to need one or two page, and I need the margin to change for the next page if more than one page needed. Thank you so much

Section break is the only way to tell word you want a new style of formatting for the following page.

What about if you are in a postcard template and you need to add another page but Word adds more white space at the top. I do have the reveal codes on and it doesn't have any formatting. I can't figure out why it is doing this. I have also copied the entire page and then gone to the bottom of the page and it will add it in, but again, there is too much white space at the top. It needs to be between the cards on the page and not at the top. Not sure if this makes sense, but I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you and thanks for this video! I totally forgot about the section breaks in isolation.

Check your margins at the rulers to see if they've moved. Sometimes the section or page break is hidden (to delete a section break you have to hold down the CMD/CTRL key and click on it). Place your cursor at the very top right of your page and press the delete key to see what happens (it may identify the problem). I hope that helps.

God this is so frustrating, how do you do this if you have a table at the bottom of the page? it won't allow you to add a page break, why is this so difficult arghhhh.

Make sure your cursor is below the table and you should be able to insert the break.
