Page Break option is not available after the last citation when using the Endnotes option in MS Word. Do you know if there is a way to create a page break or another page not affected by the Endnotes settings to continue with a different section, such as Appendices or Abbreviation sections?

Hi Chris. I'm having an issue with writing from first page (section 1) to second page (section 2). My first page has custom margins, including the header. I've used page break next section, in order to give it it's distinct design. My second page has a lower header, so this is section 2. AS I write from my first page, that header (section 1) follows and pushes my section 2 along. Meaning the document now has 3 pages, and the second page keeps the header style from page one. Is there a disconnect? Can't find answers anywhere and GPT only helps so much.

For example if I have a CV (and two column) and have some information on the left column about adress and education and on my right colum I writ about my job experience. How can we print a specific section I restarted the page numbering with every new section break. Later I wanted to print only a certain section from the document, I used custom print and inserted the range of page numbers that I want, it keeps printing the wrong pages. I have created a document with two columns of text. How do I get the text in the first column to continue to the bottom of the page before the text wraps up to the top of the second column? My columns are equal in length which tends to leave unwanted white space at the bottom of the page. I liked your video better that many on this topic.

It sounds like a column break is on the column on the left side. Turn on show hide and see if you see a column break and delete it. Show/hide is on the Home Tab in the Paragraph Group. If you do not see a column break, then that means you have two columns set. Let's change it to one column. Click anywhere in the two columns, click the *Layout* Tab, click *Columns* and click *One* (for one column). Let me know if this works. Thank you. That was very helpful. I do have a problem setting up section breaks. Say There I want to count a page but not have the number visible in either header or footer. For example The title "Chapter I" appears on its own page (I want to count this as Page 1 but not have the page number appear in either the header or footer section), The text for Chapter I appears on the next page (That would be page 2).
