I practiced Tai Chi before I started Systema, so this was very natural for me. If your opponent tenses up, you can feel it and use it against them. So don't give them that... better for you, better for them :)

High level work. Looks simple but it isn't. Very smooth and hard to see what's happening because when watching the master you don't see many mistakes so there is little to attach to. This was even more so when watching Misha ;-) It's best when felt. Spacebo.
