Clearest explanation on the internet for this. The only problem is that there´s a slight delay when the MIDI item comes on. It kinda fades out the sound and then fades in with the sound change. Any idea on how to fix that? Thanks!

How about superposing the midi items for a short amount of time (haven't tried that yet, just wondering) ?

Oh sorry, I actually saw another video that did another technique without fades in the sound. He had as many tracks as the number of sounds he wanted, here's the link to the video : kzbin.info/www/bejne/haScmIZqqpxla6M Or you can type "How to automate switching when using guitar amp plug-ins (Tutorial)" by KillrBuckeye

@@alexthepunk84 this works, but it uses more resources since you have many tracks with the plugin on. By itself that is not a problem but if you plan on running it live i would not trust this solution. the best solution for @joseduran9232 woud be to just see how long the delay is and then just adjust the midi note back slightly

you need a midi note to be able to draw the midi line on the bottom. The midi note only acts as a place holder. The real midi value is in the left lower corner. you see the cc20 and he drayws a midi signal to the top. That is what triggers midi in the vst. hope this helps
