Nice video! Saw it quickly and I will definitely give it a go at my first opportunity, as I want to learn this thing. Will I be able with this video to create a real-time showreel of an interior room, giving an opportunity to the viewer to change objects and materials on their own by clicking some commands with buttons or mouse, for a website for an example?

I'm having the opposite effect with my text render, although I did every pass in the video. My text is always showing and when I walk towards the box collider (on the overlap event) it hides and no change in material when I hit the button. Could give some tips and help?

the video you mean would be this? What I meant was the possibility to change materials in real time using keys (which represent the colors and / or the variable textures of the selected object) that are displayed on the screen and activated by mouse clicks.
