Today I cut four small tapestries off of various looms. I was using a wide variety of yarn and looms and I talk about all of them as I do the cutting off. At the end of the episode I also worked on the first bird tapestry on a copper pipe loom a bit more.

Awww. I love your new addictions to your family. I also have two small baby boys. They are so adorable. It’s like being a mom and dad for us bc one of our pups loves my husband and follows him everywhere he goes. The other pup follows me everywhere. When I say everywhere I mean they wait outside the bathroom doors for us : ) They add so much laughter and love to our family and I know they will do the same for your family. Congrats !

Your mushroom piece really intrigued me. I took a photo of some gorgeous orange mushrooms and tried to weave , but I didn’t like my results. Your approach was so perfect. I’d insert the photo but I don’t know how. Loved this episode.

I’m having trouble figuring out eccentric weft weaving rather than met and separate. It’s in your book and I’ve tried researching on KZbin but I’m still having trouble.

I will be doing a whole Tapestry Discovery Box about eccentric weaving in January and I also cover it in Warp and Weft! There are many things in tapestry that are best served by a workshop and this is one of them.
