I dunno. This seems kind of sketchy. I mean I don’t think he’s trying to break into our computer, but many of these tweaks don’t need installers to change the one thing. Just give where the registry entry that needs to be added or changed. I wouldn’t recommend any use these files that at most would eek an extra 3 or 4 fps probably. I would lean towards these tweak breaking other things and slow you down. Guys sounds like a nice person so I’m sure he’s just trying to help. Just need to change his helping methods. Nah bro, c state will change nothing about perfomance because your CPU will end up using the full output it has. Also your registry "tweak" are nonsense and the fact that you dont compare every setting on vs off, means that you dont know what you actually doing here. Changing the powersettings from balanced to performance does nothing either. Balanced mode always prefers maximum performance if you play games. Maybe it was an issue on older OS like windows 7, but nobody is using win7 anymore. Also this meltdown and spectre protection: It will boost your performance if you using old hardware (windows 8 generation) + old OS like Windows 8 or below. But on current PC builds and laptops its useless to disable because the performance will just drop for your CPU since newer CPUs support it hardwarewise and are optimised to work better with these options enabled. I run some test with cinebench and I had a higher score with meltdown and spectre enabled in multi and single core performance. The only thing in this video that makes sense, is to turn on XMP profile. Go for the first setting, the second setting of XMP can cause system and game crashes (just try out both, on current time builds nothing bad can happen)

The steps before the bios will work fine, just pay attention to what I tell you may cause issues with temps.

I got one of the rare xpo2 enabled computer won't restart deals. Have to use CMOS switch on back of PC every time to reset. But when it's up and running does great things for gaming in Tarkov. Don't plan on downloading anything from your site unless there's positive feedback.

Sounds like you got incompatible CPU with RAM. Eitherway your cpu is destroyed or your memory is too high on freqeuncy or your motherboard can't handle it. And blah blah. It's not the fault of this video.
