Change very high light bulbs without a ladder

All the KZbin videos show these reachers changing bulbs that are facing downwards. I have a very high chandelier that has bulbs facing up. Does anyone know if there is a tool to help change those bulbs?

Until the socket stays and bulb pops off!! Then you got to get a $200 dollar ladder!! Which I purchased to fix my outdoor motion sensing security light!! My first vaulted ceiling light bulb blew after 30 years!! I will use my 12 foot ladder thanks!! My vaulted ceiling has the fixture on an angle pointed toward the wall!! WTF!!! I will shut off the electricity first.😅
