There is a way to duplicate any ammo for any weapon in FO3 and I am working on a guide for it. Hopefully if I can get it to work then will make the guide.

The one problem I have with the Alien Blaster and its variants are the severe lack of ammo. They're great weapons, but it's just way too hard to get ammo for. I would hate to run out in the middle of a fight. At least the Fallout 4 variant could be modded to accept fusion cells.

I did but was not able to get it to work sadly. Looks like this was an issue introduced in FNV.
