Which is probably 90% of the people who watch this stuff. Besides, are you really going to tell me that my original point is inaccurate? Therapy changes lives. not a haircut and new clothes.

@@Phoenixguy357 well I’d never say that therapy is pointless or anything like that. As someone who goes to therapy I can say that it has given me the ability to navigate through my life’s challenges. However, the difference in knowing that you look good does wonders for self esteem. I can’t say the same for everyone but just knowing that I look nice and my outfit was put together well makes me feel like I can take on the world. It makes me feel great about myself.

You have a good point, i have definitely felt more confident due to a haircut or a new outfit in the past, I know how good it can feel. I just think that looks are only skin-deep... Deep down, if you struggle to know yourself, see yourself, love yourself and understand yourself you'll never really be able to form the connections that I think most of the veiwers here really crave. All I'm saying is in some cases, maybe a lot, through therapy is how people will get what they are really chasing. In my opinion of course.
