Love this video Naphtali! You definitely reignited the passion of journaling for me, because I've been doing it in my notes on my phone + laptop, but doing it in a notebook and taking it everywhere is something special and new for me. It will allow to journal more and better. I've already put it in my bag :)

I don't like daily journaling that much, but I really like to answer some prompts and reflect about my life from time to time too! This helps me a lot to get my life back on track. Also, using paper and pen is the best xD Nice video! 😊

@@_fabiolaborges asking yourself the hard questions is key. Love a good prompt

@@NaphtaliRosenberg yeah! I have collected over time some questions that are relevant to me and created a prompt that I answer once a year: - Is my journey consistent with who I want to become? Am I truly striving for my goals? - What do I want to be true (what do I want to achieve) in my life? In how much time? - What can be done to improve the areas of my life? What do I want for each of them in 3-5-10 years? (life areas = health, work, hobbies, finances, etc.) - What is no longer relevant to me and what do I want to remove from my life? - What do I think has everything to do with my life and what do I want more of from now on? - “If no one reads a single word of my writing, will there still be something powerful for me in the writing process?” (zen habits) - not just about writing, but about everything I do and share - Look inside: what am I feeling? What makes me anxious or afraid? Why? - What story am I creating (as an excuse), and what is it protecting me from? - What makes me happy? What things and situations bring me joy? (notice the small details) - What bothers me most in the world? What can I do to change it? - Why do I do what I do? What do I exist for? What is my mission in relation to the world? - What is my identity? Do I act according to what I have/feel deep inside me? - What would I like my routine to be like?
