Whats cool about this is it lets you take more of the cool gameplay enhancing perks without sacrificing skill potential. And i like the fact you can use it in a balanced way, doesnt have to be 100 everything.

That's absolutely right. You certainly can but you don't have to take full advantage. You can also potentially ignore a number of level perks as you won't need them anymore and can focus on a more playstyle or build sort of way.

Yeah, it's another solid glitch. It's something that I also covered alongside the Perks glitch. But in my book this Max 100 PioBoy skills glitch has to be the most broken and easy to perform one.

Cheers bro I used this trick today after seeing this vid, it took me soooo long to get the pip boy in the correct position. Most of the time it was barely on the screen, I got it as close as I could and finished on all skills in 80s and highlighted ones in the 90s so after a couple of levels I got everything maxed out 🤘

The perk glitch appears any time you re-select the perk. Even when using the auto dock in old world blues.. So without the infinite loop glitch, you can give yourself a triple boost from that perk. The first time it's selected, the second time when you re-build your character, ( and at this point you're at +10) you can then select it again at an autodoc for a total of fifteen points. So if you're afraid of bugging your game, (as sometimes using this kind of glitch can) you can instead get free points in a less invasive way, to max out all skills to 100 over time.

I actually covered the just take it twice when you leave Goodsprings but as you said you can also take it a third time to in hopes of maxing out all your skills naturally while playing the game. Man. It's not as OP as the double perk glitch where you can start the game at max level, but it's a LOT faster!

Yeap, it's a lot faster for sure. It does depend how you look at it also. How about this, if you can get all your skills to 100 at level 1, for the rest of the game you won't need to ever think about leveling up for skills, you will not need to get any perks that boost skills and you will not need to gather skill books or anything like that for skill boosts. Instead you can focus on perks solely for effects like crit hits, sneak etc. You can invest in perks like Intense training etc. Or better yet, you can combine both the glitches for a truly OP start.

There's also a glitch if you go into the General Store and talk to Chet.. there' speech check and you can keep clicking on that speech check option. I'm always max level by the time I leave Goodsprings

Currently still works 11-24-2023. Done on Xbox series S. With Old World Blues dlc. Make sure you don’t stop spamming your pip boy no matter how far you go past the rebuild point. I had that issue at first but got it to work

As a console player I can say that is not true, first time I did the glitch it was halfways down and I still got to get all 100. There was a time I did it lower than I originally did it and got 75. Not impossible but you can reach 100. I’m on Xbox series S maybe for ps4 and Xbox one won’t work all the way.

Nice I was worried the -10% xp debuff would stack also but it doesn’t. What I like about this also is that it doesn’t level you up so you can max everything out and grab the best perks as they become available by level

That's absolurely right, it helps to not need to worry about skills anymore and at the same time does not take away too much from the levelling up experience. In fact it sort of opens up more options when selecting perks.

You could probably save a little closer to the barrier. It is hard to tell where it is but if you can walk a few steps you could just save as long as the edit screen doesn't come up. Also you only need to pick one trait. Not 2

Very good points, thanks for sharing. Actually the edge earlier then what was shown in the video. Basically by opening and closing the PipBoy I managed to extend the edge of the Goodsprings exit area. On the note if selecting just one traitz your absolutely right and I could have saved a little time by not doing that. Thanks for sharing 👍

If you do this you miss out on double perks you get from the Chet speech loop and that's why it's not as popular. Double perks allow you the flexibility to invest into intense training which if planned correctly can get you max special as well.

Sorry my friend but that's not true at all. I have it working and am working on a video explaining how it is possible to get max skills AND double perks at the same time 😉. It's going to be a somewhat detailed guide and hope to have it ready soon. I also latch on max level and infinite ammo tricks too. Imagine coupling this with the glitch to max Level 50 before leaving Goodsprings & get extra perks while doing the speech check for Chet over and over. Best way to make a perfect character, even if SPECIAL can't be maxed out.

If you do this glitch, what do you do with the skill points you earn when you level up? As the game forces you to spend them before letting you finish levelling up to the next level.

After all your skills are maxed out you are rewarded 0 skill points when leveling up

Hey Michael, as you get closer and closer to 100 in all skills, the game only awards you with the remaining skill points as long as you don't go above 100 in all. So the moment you hit 100 in everything, you will be given 0 skills points to use. When you land on the skills screen with 0 skill points to distribute, you will simple skip to the next screen.

I'm not entirely sure but I would not be surprised if that was the case. Luck is probably the only special skill that I am not 100% sure what it exactly does. Seems to effect critical hits, items, loot etc.

@@wallacejenkins4747 The last time I checked, I think for 2 points in your Luck special, it raises all your skill points by 1. So having 10 points in Luck Special, it would raise all your skills by 5. But Luck also effects other things too and as such it's worth taking.

Thanks for your comment. When you level up, if you have 100 in all skills then the game basically gives you 0 skill points. So you end up skipping the skills page when you level up.

This is actually an old known glitch where you can select the skilled trait multiple times. However I think the downside of the reduced exp gain will also stack, so your exp will be really shitty.

Thankfully it does not, it's been tested and confirmed. The XP does not stack. At the very end if you do decide to take the skilled trait one final time then you will only ever have the single -10% XP gain. And yes, it's an old glitch for sure. I have been personally using this for years.

There are multiple of each skill book for each skill, I think there’s at least 4 for all of them, meaning that if you have the perk that gives you +4 skill for each book instead of +3 you’ll only need to level up each skill to 84 and then collect 4 skill books for that particular skill to get it to 100

Great question. Once you have 100 in all Skills, the game stops awarding you points. So, when you next land on the level up screen you will simple be able to skip it and continue as normal.

It's a great question. Our buddies on consoles don't have access to consoles commands or mods so this is basically one way of increasing stats while also being able to get achievements or trophies.

No, it's most likely because the PipBoy is not visible on your screen anymore. That said, you have a high enough skill point. So if you play the game normally now, you will level up and as you do you can just distribute your points as normal and you will hit 100.

Note : if your are the first time playing fallout games like Fall 3 ,Fall NV and FALLOUT 4 The most important thing in Fallout is skills skills are most thing that your character need it in his Adventure and you need choose skills wisely 😁👍for me the most useful skills in fallout games is (Speak and lock pack ) you most increase their levels into 75 then focus into repair skill level into 75 , then finally choose whatever you want skill because is not useful in the end so 😑👌 This massage by Fallout BOY 👱🏻‍♂️👍 happy hunter ;)

I have to agree, selecting your skills wisely will make your gameplay experiences easier and way more fun. In FNV, I tend to go with Guns, Repair and Lockpick to begin with. And then depending on my character playstyle, it's either melee, sneak etc. Specials are important too, I try to buff up my endurance as much as I can and then pay a visit to the Medical clinic after I have gathered some caps 👍
