I can relate to you I’m a full time caretaker to a elderly Handicapped mother . Between her neagive emotions and driving her to doc appointments . It can definitely get exhausting. Finding the time and music like this definitely helps you download and relax with your mental state as well . If don’t know where you are from and how you feel about stuff like cbd or anything with cannabis also different kind of herbal teas with valerian root or chamomile or passion flower helps and stuff with lavender as well . hope any of this info helps you to relax and recharge from taking care of your elderly parents. Trust me you find ways to deal with stress and exhaustion when you are taking care of elderly parents at any point in your life.

I have just applied for an expensive counseling program so that I can live my life and be grateful to my parents from the bottom of my heart. That's why this song feels so meaningful. Beautiful is an understatement, big thank ya on uploading this, I'm the one layed up from knee surgery. Im looking out my window it's snowing and I see the great lake of Superior, I will do my conscious breathwork and follow it by mediation with the newest composition from "change of colors" I love it, I love reading that and saying it. I see the change of colors in the background with the lights by the door.
