From experience I've found it best to change one plug at a time.Pulling an additional plug without replacing the adjacent plug could invite disaster if something found its way into the open plug hole.

Mine stay where they are until/unless doing valve adjustment or if I detect a miss. Love the ZX14 and Concours 14 but miss my ZX11 and GPZ900 for ease of maintenance.

What nightmare! I have an 08 and I'm dreading this. I have 13000 mi. on it . Wondering if I should take to shop and let them do it and just pay to have it done. Can only imagine what it'll cost.

If going that far for the spark plugs? Might as well change the coolant too! I've got a 2014 with 14 700 kms on it. manuall says replace spark plugs a t 12, 000 kms. Coolant every 4 years/48, 000 kms. Best guess is to book a whole day to do without rushing the job if I'm/ others going to do themselves. That's' one whirlwind of a sped up disassembly! Getting dizzy lol!

That was very good. 11.39 to change plugs 3 hours to remove and replace fairing. Did you replace the plug caps as well?
