CHANGES AT OKEU MAY TAKE SOME TIME

Public service minister Dr. Virginia Albert-Poyotte says the Prime Minister Philip J. Pierre is in the process of investing in the necessary equipment and services for the OKEU hospital.
The SLMDA has criticized conditions at the hospital citing critical shortages of basic supplies and equipment.

But the ministry of health should b managing the health system to ensure things do not get to this point,sounds like they are not even doing the bare minimum
