IITians and top Engineers deserve civil services indeed... The current examination pattern is absolutely perfect in my view... The need is to minimize the age limit upto some possible limits... And upgrade the selection process, a fair and level playing field...

Exactly , Its open for all sections as per its qualification requirements but there should be equity for all (Especially in prelims - CSAT selection). Rest UPSC should defend allegation by upgrading selection process in a fair way.
