I worked security for a venue and part of it was getting the "talent" to and from their hotels, we also followed them all the way to the rooms and made sure they were alone. Most of the international artists had their own security, but still let us be "in charge" since we didn't try to butt in on anything. We were responsible for the safety to, at and from the venue, the rest was their decision
