Yosh and Iku, you described the video very well. This was the first time I used Terminal 4 after they rebuilt it. (It was previously called the Budget Terminal). I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities there - free wifi, lots of sofas with power sockets, snooze lounge, duty free shopping, lots of food choices etc. I like the heritage area very much. A nice touch by the airport. A leap into the unknown, haha.

Wow, so many things to see during a transit. The shop that sells coffee and cookie look so sophisticated at 9:00

My wife bought coffee and cookies at Bacha 9:00. It was good and came with (unnecessary) beautiful packaging. I prefer to have some food at the Heritage area. The setting was very nostalgic and prices were cheaper.
