Wow thanks for catching the whole show. Wow the toilet queues, lol. Do they charge for the toilet? Looks like you have to wait a long time to get a good viewing spot. Marina Bay is one of the best settings to celebrate the new year and watch fireworks.

You guys have the coolest attractions, especially at night. Wow, families had fun with the kites out there. I've never seen anything like this floating marvels. The sounds were booming too! So fun 🌟🌟😻😻

I have seen the fireworks at Kallang Basin. There's 1 problem... there's no iconic landmark to represent the place. Here at Marina Bay, we have the MBS to represent Singapore. We see, the London Eye, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Burj Kalifa, Taipei 101 etc to represent the countries.

Yosh and Iku, it was a memorable night for me. To my right was a group of Filipino youths, to my left was a guy from China. Behind me were visitors from India. I offered my foldable mini stool to my Filipino neighbour who had been standing there since 6pm and he offered me a bun. The Chinese guy looked after my equipment and belongings when I went around filming the crowd scenes. I had a good chat with friends from India. As the fireworks exploded and lit up the night sky, the shouts of joy from people all around were happy and loud. I too shouted because everyone shouted. It was a happy night 😀

the new year fireworks in kl were blasted from the kl tower with the merdeka tower displaying its iconic skeletal lights in various colours. the lights at the kl tower, twin towers and merdeka towers changed the colours during the countdown for the new year. fortunately, I could see the firework display at the kl tower from my condominium.

I saw happy faces everywhere as the kids enjoyed making and flying their kites. I also saw many adults re-living their childhood. My friends from the Singapore Kite Association spent many weekends here at Sentosa to conduct the workshops.
