Would this be the best route for a canted front sight or should I get it fixed by a gunsmith.

Sorry for butting in, I didn't see an answer from TNgunn. If it were me I would go to a Gunsmith. If the cost is reasonable .

⁠@@tectalabyssI don’t think you understand the question. It won’t FIX your canted sight but you CAN use a low profile gas block to REPLACE your canted sight and address your issue. Depending on how badly your front sight is canted, you might be able to knock the pins out and tap it back into a vertical position. The
