Great advice. Always thought the bearings on my shuttle were not the best. Never been able to stop mine coming loose. Like you demonstrated if you over tighten they won’t spin. Will update mine with the better bearings. Thanks for filming. All the best Pete 🎣

I do still use it, I could do a follow up video, I have changed the rear wheels to a pneumatic type but otherwise it is as it was for the video. It's very strong and much more stable than any of the shuttle style trolleys😊👍

@AverageAngler I am having a go at making one myself. Would be interested in was the motor strong enough, how long does the battery last, how heavy was it.Was going to use the same sort of trolley as you did! Be interested in your thoughts, would you change things if you made another one. Regards Malcolm.

I would say a more powerful motor would be desirable, mine moves only slowly and does need a help on inclines. Battery lasts for several matches on commercial fisheries. Most of the weight is the battery.
