It is better that the dash notified you than a policeman intent on revenue enhancement. The hardest part of changing the lamp is gaining access to the bulb holder. Dielectric grease is always a good idea. I also wipe a new lamp with an alcohol wipe to prevent hot spots from grease or finger prints. I do this wearing cotton gloves at my shop. Oh KZbin is how to figure out how to get to the lamp.😀🛫

I did the same and it works fine, however the alarming comes again to check the break light. I am expecting it to be due to fuse issue. Please comment

When one bulb go out the other is not far behind. I had the same issue. I had to change the other bulb about one week later. Thanks for watching

Sometimes that is an indication that the bulb is about to burn out. I would suggest changing the bulb.
