Just a tip, you should always prime the oil filter by putting new motor oil into it. I know you turn your filter horizontal but just put as much as you can in it. Great video!!!

I have the RZT S46 with the kawazaki engine, a little different but yes it's my first time changing the oïl and oïl filter after 6.6h of use. It was easy to do.

I've got this machine. Location of oil filter a pain in the butt. A little tip to prevent the oil from getting all over. Put the vacuum formed plastic package cover from the new filter under the old filter before loosening. It will act as a little drain pan.

Just wondering, if you pull the dip stick out while the engine is running, does it spray oil everywhere or is it just mine and the seals on the piston are stuff, if someone could check and reply would be much appreciated, cheers.

I always pour a little in in the new filter to allow the oil to saturate it so oil flow will be faster when it starts up

I have a zero turn RZT 50 w/50"mower deck and the when I engage the PTO switch the blades don't come on. So basically all I have is a very slow four wheeler. Please help

+Life in Farmland yes, I had taken the deck apart to clean it after I couldn't get the blades to engage and reconfigured it and it still didn't work.

It is the electric clutch. Loose wiring or clutch is going out. Seems typical when they get hot after running for a while

Am I the only one on this planet whose mower does not include the extension hose / tube? All the vids assume that one is present. I purchased an 11" extension hose, but can't even get a purchase on the original square plug the mower came with and my six-sided sockets won't fit.
