If you have a Samsung there's something called digital wellbeing, I use it so thati can't use social media until 8:30am (I wake up at 6am most days). It also turns my phone Grayscale until that time so even if I find away around it it still isn't as addictive. Also I have an app timer that only let's me use certain apps (my addictive apps) for 4 hours a day. If you have iPhone I'm sure there's an equivalent

12:31 i say the same thing! Meal prep for me is making multiple sides/proteins that can be eaten as they are, paired multiple ways with others and turned into something else.. also prepared and frozen.
