That baby analogy is exactly what I needed to hear, before we all learned to walk we learned to stand, crawl, and scoot, and we were celebrated at each milestone! I need to keep that in mind instead of seeking perfection at the very beginning, it is truly a process and I’ve been better at celebrating my milestones no matter how small they may seem

One thing I’ve noticed while leveling up, is that it’s very humbling, and you can make a lot of mistakes. This can scare you at first, because everything is new. And when you’re leveling up, you’re bound to make mistakes just like any rookie would. Courage to press on is what’s needed, because it’s pretty easy to lose hope, when you feel like you’ve done everything, and things may not align. I have been working on my courage, and my courage to be the dream that I have for myself. a lot of us are just scared, and fear is what makes you stagnant. Embrace the humbling, and be courageous enough to move forward.👑

This is exactly what I experienced last week, I was so overwhelmed with work and was even crying because I had the toughest list which is tiring for me emotionally. I finally decided to do one thing out of the list that day and by the time I woke up and did that small thing which was communicating with a client, I was able to do another small thing at the end of the day and I just decided that that was my new best productivity hack and I stuck to it. Each day now I complete 80% of my task and I am so relaxed and able to do more.

Bro in flabbergasted actually. Damn. I did not expect to cry the way I did. When you were talking about insecurities with packing lots of things onto our plate, but scared that it’s just going to end dropping, & the shattered faith in our ability to execute successfully, I started crying. Even though I’ve been in this funk for the first half of the year, I claim that I’m moving forward with the best glow up known to man. I sincerely appreciate you and I am extremely happy that you are my new big sis. I also loved that. I was doing my self care while watching you, & I can definitely feel my higher self doing this a lot more. I look forward to more self-care days with you rewiring my programming and me applying my new set of instructions.

I definitely agree with you, I had way too many goals on my plate last year (2023) I was doing too much, and it caused me to burnout and become stressed. Working, running an esthetic business, Etsy site, selling journals on amazon, girlfriend duties, trying to grow on social media and other things. I took a break cold turkey from everything this year between January-March including deactivating my socials. I needed to reset. I'm focusing on my three Hardest goals for the remainder of the year.
