Good video. I see you are using a funnel; next time your in Walmart, check and see if they have any of the red flex nozzles (about $0.50). I picked up one for an '05 I had, clipped the front part off a little, and used it. You can screw it right onto the new oil, bend and configure the nozzle to make it pour very easy. Ron

No I haven't changed the spark plug yet. It has ran really good we do run it for a few min every week I feel that helps running it often.

Do you perform any other maintenance to the generator such as changing the air filter or cleaning the carburetor?

No I haven't the air filter wound be good to change. I think the most important thing is to run it regularly under load at least a couple times a month.

Hey Lucky Dawg, thanks for the informative videos, i just got a 2001 200 Popular after my Grandfather passed and he only has 6 hours on the generator total. We are trying to figure out how to get it to work, i know we need to change the oil, but doesnt it also run on Liquid Propane? Is that just this big gas canister on the right side next to the Generator? There arent any dealers nearby us that sell Roadtreks so were kind of on our own on this one. Thanks for such great, educational videos.

On my 2001 Roadtrek, the generator runs on gasoline from the gas tank. With only 7 hours on the generator and if there gas in it, it sounds like the carburator is probably clogged. If you are not mechanical, it will need to be taken to a shop and worked on. Generators need to be ran on a regular basis. Only 7 hours on a generator is not a good thing. Sounds like it may need lots of work. Appreciate you watching.
