How do I purchase a new program chip??? I bought a BloomBox and the previous owner deleted the entire program. Is this company really out of business and not selling the program chips anymore? Please help. Quite the expensive box just sitting in my living room. Anyone?

excellent video....saved me and you guys a lot of time and hassle trying to figure out why my second hand Producer wasn't firing up on the veg cycle at 3 p.m....had to change parameters.

Great information! Mine does not have an @3. Is there a way to add it?

+Javier Zavala We removed it years ago because we realized that we do not need @3. It is evening water and definitely not needed.
