There is a type of snap doll and bear armature that has a neck that might snap into Ripper's head. DaHappyFeetz on Etsy has an interesting newborn size body that is made to stand and they have some pictures of one with an armature. I was thinking the top might fit into Ripper's head and still give him some neck movement that a dowel wouldn't.

Silicone typically doesnt stick to anything but silicone. you could trim a sliver "patch" from the back of the neck stump. I wished I knew exactly what his head was made of; I could better suggest how to patch and disguize the "scar" better. =/ Also, if you know someone with a 3d printer, they might be able to print a jointed body? You'll be waiting a long time. Hot Toys is terrible with fixing issues. It took them years years to admit and fix Robocops Ed-209's dome issues with cracking. They never fixed the Battle Damaged Terminator leather cracking issues.

Maybe use 4 way stretch fabric with spandex. I did a test swatch of yoda greens via Spoonflower to make some fabric for my Mattel 11 inch’s new body. They have a Sport Lycra that might be good.

Have you had any issues with his eyes since then? Mine appears to have separated or delaminated and Hot Toys can't/won't fix it since it has been a year since I received him. If you look at him from the side, the eye is just completely clear (and creepy) and straight on is just off, like he is developing a cataract.

I was told they fixed tje jaw issues with revised heads even if closed, have you had any issues since the change. finally getting one and scared.

I hope this is true, I just got one and have closed the mouth fully a few times but only for a few minutes. Mine won't stay closed tightly, so maybe the fix was to make the jaw weaker so it can't stay fully closed?

I've never tried it but I have been told there is a way to do it with toothpaste. Do a search on here for "how to remove scratches from doll eyes"
