Thanks for the video, the march starting at 03:14 is a Swedish march, "Under blågul fana" in English, "Beneath the Blue and Yellow Banner", composed by Victor Widqvist not later than 1916.

@@Marianne-k4u It is a show - but they are soldiers - they are the Kings guard - they are armed - years ago, one of my fellow guards stopped a car with force. He was rewarded with a 14 night of relief because he stopped a car with his bajonet and not used more force as needed. I am old 😉

Thanks for bringing us this excellent video, Military Events! I thought that both the band at the front, and the Corps of Drums (if I've got the correct term) sounded very good indeed. Interesting for me to see the different instruments, for example they have both trumpets and cornets, and as well as a euphonium, they have "baritones" (or it may be a baritone and a tenor horn) in the 2nd and 3rd rows (ranks) giving a rather different sound. I hope that floor with the pattern on it near the beginning wasn't as slippery as it looks!

@@militaryevents107 Yeah, I've found them! At 09:00 and 10:06 they can be seen on the far side in the last-row-but-one - the really short clarinets. Also, now on this side, at 15:13 and maybe other places as well. At the other end of the scale, the Household Cavalry band in Windsor on Tuesday (17 Dec) had a bass clarinet! That was as well as the usual baritone sax. It can be seen (only just!) in my own video, but probably more clearly in Peter's video and Lenny's video. It was between the baritone sax and the euphonium.

Yes, they are both made from Canadian black bears. The designs are somewhat different, though.

Both the first and the third marches performed by Den Kongelige Livgardes Musikkorps in this video were composed by the Danish composer, Carl Christian Møller (1823 - 1893). The first march is his 'Stockholms Skarpskyttekorps Marsch.' The third march, heard at 9:00 and at 12:28, is his 'Marsch för Kungl. Skaanske Dragon Regementet', a composition originally written for a Swedish Regiment.

I have never heard of that being a problem in Denmark. The police are walking in advance and they are making sure that the route is clear for the parade. I was a guard 💂‍♀️ in my military duty.
