never heard of the BMR program till now, I like it because it get's them out of the environment that makes them feel bad for wanting to better themselves rather than just patronizing them with extra points. I've heard countless stories of black men being judged for wanting an education most likely because of the young black men back home feeling insecure and feel the need to belittle them for it ''what you think you're better than me cause you're a college boy now'' ''lets see what you know about the streets then we'll see who's smart'' etc.
