Her scaling is already very similar to Jinhsi. Thanks to her second passive (the 15% defense ignore), she may even come out slightly ahead. I cant say for sure yet however, but shes 100% competitive.

Changli is pure trash sup dps but steal 10 sec up time of main dps. Even when fire dps release she will not make them any good.

Spectro rover can work with Jinhsi, once you unlock all of her Sequences, she can be a good sub dps or healer. Otherwise, Havoc rover can work with Changli as a quickswap team.

@DEATHARMY926 It will work, but Yuanwu is Jinhsi's best 4 star sub dps. You'll want him to swap on field and drop his totem, then Jinhsi will be able to get a ton of stacks for her skill for big damage. Make sure not to spend too much time on field with Yuanwu.
