Why didn’t you get nostrils to cover the cavities with the of cuts of insulation when ironing up the blocks being as your take in so much care cleaning out coring holes - apart from that lovely jubbly. 🍀👍

We make plywood covers for the cills. A bit of dpc doesn't protect them from a dropped brick hammer from the next lift.

Great vid ,im no bricky, but your work is amazing and so clean , and how you explain things is so understandable, when you was cleaning the cavities and using your blower , are some bricks left out purposely for that reason , then put back later , im just interested hope you dont mind me asking ,😁

That’s it Nhbc have ruined the game with all the overkill about clean cavities and wall ties. If they can get any sort of gaps in the joints inside the cavity they will give you a R.I. Don’t get me wrong a lot of the stuff is right but some of the stuff is nit picking and stops us making good money

Too many ties is just as bad as not enough ties. 5 ties to a square metre was always rule of thumb.
