If the consultation was already booked then she should have honored the commitment she made to the customer instead of going to a concert. It’s on the business when they don’t provide the service a customer has paid for. She just should have given the customer their money back.

Hello, I first want to say that I enjoy your channel, and I enjoy pretty much all of the content creators out here. I'm also team Chanita as well. I would encourage you and anyone else to go and watch Sassy- T's channel and watch her interview with Dr. Chanita. She cleared up a lot of things in regard to this subject that happened. It was not as cut throat as certain people were trying to make it out to be. Honestly This feels like an old-fashioned witchHunt when you don't like somebody and you start hiding out in the bushes Waiting to see when they screw up So you can pounce on them or can make something minor seem major.

When I didn’t get my package I DM Dr. Melody and immediately she replied said she would take care of it. She did! I received my replacement order with no problems Dr. Melody is so nice. I’m a faithful customer and I appreciate how supportive she was when I reached out to her. Since I started listening to you I enjoyed your commentary keep up the good work.

Therefore customer service and customer support are key crucial. Just like Marsau of Scholt and Zen Garden. Not doing a good job he has blocked other black businesses from having an opportunity.
