Very nice - as used on a recent 70's edition of 'Studio 10'. Hinted hi and low years ago for the Ennio Morricone version and finally got it, fantastic! Also of note was the 'Promises, Promises' section of Overture to the Broadway version of the Bacharach play of the same name, used during the 70's on Seven.

Lots of influences of the era to be detected here. NBC logo, The Partridge Family opening credits, and of course short animations as seen on Sesame Street.

The music is Hugo Montenegro's version of 'MacArthur Park'. It's great! He also did the Partridge Family theme and various other TV music.

The Mono version sound better then the Stereo version,, nice to hear both versions without the voice over, was that Eric Walters who normally did them ? I remember the big budget children Tv shows, The Time Tunnel, Tarzan, Daniel Boone, Lost in Space, Land of the Giants, Voyage to Bottom of the Sea .. all on channel Ten Sydney between 5.00 to 6.00 pm weekdays.

Yes, and added to which, in the 60s, Saturday night late, there was Deadly Earnest horror movies...so, TEN to me, represented COOL. Next came ATN 7. TCN 9 was always a little stuffier than these two but for the ultimate in stuffy it was over to ABN 2. And that was it. But TEN, yeah groovy, man.
