@305FloridaBoyFishing This was years ago ,me and a buddy went out on the 7 mile way out there,dumped our stuff with the car and drove it back. We filled 2 coolers and Bam the Man came up on us,we shit,but he was cool as hell let us go and keep all the fish. That shit was loaded with Snapper. There were lots of times we caught nothing to.😂🐟🐟

Good video, you should also try live shrimps one day and nothing else, 10 dozen will lost you through the day, yellow jacks will entertain you throughout the day.
@305FloridaBoyFishingАй бұрын
@@ghazi1685 I actually always take live shrimp, but this trip I wanted to try only cut bait. You’re right yellow jacks do love shrimp. Preferably live, but they’ll eat them dead as well.

are monroe county cops are commissioned by the state to check fishing regs?

@@305FloridaBoyFishing no im not sure if they are or are not, that would be nice to know whether they are commissioned to enforce regs and run fishing licenses or if they are over stepping their authority.

Yes, a law enforcement officer can check your fish in Florida if they have reason to believe you are violating the law: You are keeping fish for sale, barter, transportation, or other illegal purposes You have unlawfully caught, taken, or processed fish You are unlawfully possessing or transporting fish The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Division of Law Enforcement has full police powers and can search fish houses, warehouses, and other buildings without a warrant. They can also board any vessel, boat, or vehicle. If you are stopped by law enforcement, you have the right to refuse consent to a vehicle search. You can politely but firmly inform the officer that you do not consent to the search.
