In so many of your videos I learn something new. In the US, it's difficult to find single plugs under 30 amps, which are used for electronics like dryers. Everything else is sold double plugs. Also I have great respect for your channel because you actually discuss zoning, codes and inspection, which are regular aspects of remodeling but don't seem to exist on other channels. Finally, when you find a good drywall finisher, they're worth their weight in gold!

I enjoy learning the differences in building requirements from the states to France. I am a licensed contractor in the states and love following different builds around the world. We all encounter issues, it is our ability to problem solve and “crack on”, my new British term learned from “ya”, my southern term from the states! lol.

Ed, a trick when using a hole saw (with the festool, of course) is to cut in reverse. Gives a cleaner cut and less chance of damaging whatever may be behind the wall board (plaster board).

Most outlets in Canada have 2 plugs (top & bottom) - recently in kitchens, each plug is on a separate breaker so we don't blow a circuit by plugging two things together (keep in mind that our voltage standard for plugs is 120V ... 240 volts enters the house and are split in two 120v phases at the circuit breaker).

Lovely to see Cyrille will make things go a bit quicker and give Edd a break to get on with other things. Cyrille and Luis are a great tag team. Emma will be running things one day might as well start early unless she becomes a ballerina or something ;) as you have Charles will be ready to go when the time comes.
