Just watched Thomas Doc's video and I agree with him about how well you handled that lawsuit! You seemed surprisingly calm and lack the resentment that many people in the community would have if Nintendo decided to attack them in such a way. Just wanna say that's commendable and that more people should be like you in that regard! The world would be a better place if we all forgave each other...

Hey James, thanks for starting a channel and being open about the whole thing. Like many, I came from the TDG video, though it was a YT recommendation. I'm really happy that you managed to move your life forward, and despite your troubles, your passion for gaming remains. That is commendable! Regarding the future of this channel, I hope you can find a good audience niche to fulfill and grow (in the sense that I hope your content brings something unique, compared to the many streamers around). If possible, I'd love to see some fun couple co-op once in a while! Maybe you should also consider setting up a twitch account for live interactions and that sweet sub money? lol Wishing you all the best!

Just discovered your channel! I haven't seen any videos about he lawsuit yet so I figured I'd ask a quick question. I've never heard from a person who had to pay a sum from a court ruling, so I have no idea how it works. Is there a kind of loan you could take to pay the money back? Is there interest? Do you just have a set amount you pay each month until you've caught up? Any information you can provide about what you did after the fact would be super interesting. Obviously you can ignore this comment if you want, but I'm sure many others are also curious! Hopefully this aspect of your case can be spoken about since it's not having to do with the actual details of your case. Thanks!

@@KongsNutz I got less than 400 original copies (all, console) I love piracy and learn to mod all my console from project phoenix , Blaine locklair, modded warfare, sthetix and download free iso games from all tv console to PC. Jailbreaking is an art you know it saves ton of money and someone like me just don't like to pay for gaming and save money for foods transport and other luxuries Those modders are great KZbinrs who help to save cost and enhance gaming experience I wonder why big company like Sony Nintendo and Microsoft never sued them but i hope those jailbreaking/modders KZbinrs will be there forever
