Hi Atlas. From one homeless man to another. I'd like to share a perspective I found helpful in my life and that is: "If you aren't satisfied with your life as a homeless mas, then you won't be satisfied when you get a home." I found my satisfaction in Christ, and I have an amazing Church I am a part of where my demeanour used to be "What can I get from this Church?" to "What can I do for this Church?" I often fall back into that prior mindset and it is truly unsatisfying and depressing because there is always more to desire. I hope you are able to find peace in Christ, for as he said 'foxes have holes and birds have nests but the son of man has nowhere to lay his head.' Yes, Jesus was homeless and he told people that if they valued their homes over following him then maybe they shouldn't follow him.

@@genesisdigitalyt Well I'd still encourage you to try exploring churches in your area. I have to warn you though since many people going to church are just there looking to get rather than give and often they want to just judge. So finding a good church is key. But if you can find one it is the best thing for mental health which is something I struggled with a lot over the past few decades. By the way, it makes me sad to hear of your experience with the Kenshi community. I still remember how helpful you were to me when I was playing Kenshi a lot and you were always kind to me. I still appreciate that and am so thankful for it. I will never forget your genuine kindness and I pray the lord helps you find peace.

Thanks for the kind words. yeah i've tried the church route, unfortunately im a bit to far from most churches and i cant risk giving up the little i have without guarantees and as we both know life is guarenteed. And given the situation with most homeless people they tend to take a lot of resources for little societal gain so im just biding my time and location to get help. If i can get a van than i'll be good as i can be mobile.

I am not letting the screaming racist game man influence my life in any way other than causing my lip to curl in a sneer of contempt, but i do think it's good for you to embark on something you haven't attempted before and to work on improving yourself, however that looks to you.

Lol. It's called growth and making mistakes. But hey you'll feel how you want to feel. Im proud to see the man he's become even if i dont particularly think i'll have the same modicum of success he did. From screaming teen to cringey edgelord to a good man and father. People grow and change. That's what life is a bout :)
