Just one piece of advice : As we all do coding through out the day it is extremely important to do yoga early in the morning or if possible then joining the gym to stay mentally focused and healthy. I recently started doing yoga in morning and I'm feeling really well even after seating 6 hours continuously in front of my computer screen. My eyes are also not getting tired. please don't join gym follow yoga, calisthenics or something that you can follow your whole life because many join gym to follow for a year and get a good muscular body out of it. Don't do that. Instead keep yourself healthy, focus on health and diet.

Exercise is exercise, doesn't matter what it is too much. Pick something you like, and that you'll be able to sustain and stick to over a longer period of time. Fix your diet, count calories. It will be hard. Good luck.

Hello Brad, I learned more from your videos than any other channel. I also have a neck problem and it caused me not to program for almost a year. I was having head aches like you. It was very painful. It was not until I took over my physical therapy that I got better. I joined a gym and work on straightening out my neck with exercises that improved my posture. As your family life goes, the main thing is to take care of your self first and foremost. If you don't you can not count on anybody else to do for you. My life path has been similar to yours. I know you can and will get will get better and come out stronger. You and your family will be in my prayers. Thank you for all you have done for me and your over 1 million subscribers. I had similar symptoms for weeks recently, went to the ENT doctors and I found out my ears were completely clogged. Cleaned it out, and no more dizziness, headaches, etc. Get well man! Thanks for all you have done! I randomly meet other devs that have learned from you. Best tutorials!

No joke, I was going deaf and losing balance, seeing things inclined, couldn't focus, etc at 25 years old...Thought it was something so serious, my GP had me do like 3 months of exams only for a ENT doctor 3 months later pull a huge ass ear wax piece out of my ear and said that could have been solved in seconds if the first doctor was competent. It was like I went from earing stereo to 7.1 dolby surround system

I also had vertigo to the extent of nausea & if sudden standing up I'd loose balance...felt like a drunk when jogging...eventually identified as a "Crystals in the Ear" issue. Check out Darhoff manoeuvre or Epleys manouvre. Worked for me...has come back once or twice since but I recognise it straight away & do the manoeuvres...feels worse while doing them but they work.

Maybe diet. My wife cut the carbs and she no longer has migraines. Just a personal experience comment.

She cut way down at first and it was hard. Lots of carbs around. We both lost weight but felt great. We slowly add some back but we also now eat fresh Vegetables. It is hard but migraines are worst.

Hi Brad. My Dad had vertigo awhile ago and couldn't get rid of it until he went to a vestibular physical therapist. That finally cleared up his dizziness and he hasn't had a problem since. You may have heard of that but I just wanted to mention it in case you hadn't. Thanks so much for all the videos/classes - you are a great teacher!! I hope you feel better soon!
